ORDERS

Q. How to place an order?
A. To place an order, open an account at our store. You can do it 
HERE. Once it is open, simply add products to your cart and the quantity you wish to order and then go through an easy three step checkout process.

Q. Is there a minimum purchase quantity?

A. No! You can purchase as little as you want.

Q. How long it takes to process my order?
A. Usually all orders leave our warehouse on the same or next business day. 

Q. How can I change or cancel the order?
A. We will cancel your order and do a refund as long as your order is not shipped. Please send a message/e-mail to us, with your order number and the reason for canceling.


SHIPPING

Q. How long it takes to receive my order?
A. Shipping time depends on the customer location, but usually it takes 2-7 business days for ground shipping. All orders will be shipped either via FedEx or USPS.


Q. How much are delivery costs?
A. We ship all orders over $50 for FREE. For all other orders less than $50 we have a convenient flat rate of $7.99 or Express shipping service for $9.99.

Q. How can I understand my order status?

A. To check the status of your order simply login into your account, then click to "My Account" and to "View Order" after. At the bottom you will see the status of your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an update with tracking number.


PAYMENT
Q. What payment methods can I use?
A. We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express®, and PayPal®. Our servers encrypt all information submitted to them, so you can be confident that your credit card information will be kept safe and secure.

Q. Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A. As based in Illinois, Sparta Soaps™ is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped in the state. The charges will be calculated separately and displayed on final order confirmation invoice. 

Q. How will the charge show up on my credit card?

A. The charge for your order will appear on your credit card as: "SpartaSoaps"


ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

Q. Are you not satisfied with your purchase?
A. We are so sorry to hear it. Please be aware that due to handmade origin of all soaps, weight, size, color tones, design and aroma may slightly vary. If for any reason, the products you receive do not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 10 days of the date of receiving it. For detail information on return items please read our complete "Returns & Replacements" regulations

Q. Did you get damaged or incorrect product?
A. In case of faulty or wrong merchandise, please contact us by email to 
office@spartasoaps.com immediately upon delivery. We will make an effort to fix the trouble promptly. Sparta Soaps™ is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Q. Do you have paper product catalog?
A. Due to wide items variety and their periodic change we do not carry paper catalog. 
You can access any time our virtual catalog 
HERE. If you interested in particular product type, fragrance, shape etc, please feel free to write us. We will discuss your suggestion and reply you appropriately.

Q. How can I get additional assistance if I need it?

Q. How can I use my coupon?
A. Once you owned coupon, proceed with your order as usual. In Step 2 – Payment method, you need to type the coupon number in “Redemption Code” field. It will be applied to the total sum after you proceed further.

Q. Can I delete my account at Sparta Soaps™ Store?
A. Yes! Email us with your thoughts and your account will be deleted right away. Hope you got satisfied stay in our store!
